“I would like to commend the service of your sales person, Mr. Rob Grady. He oversaw the service to my home when my roof was replaced at the beginning of this month. He personally saw to it that any question I had during the process of re-roofing my home was taken care of. He visited with me on several occasions to make sure that the work was done timely and in a professional manner, and even made a return trip to my home to see that the job was finished to my complete satisfaction going up on the roof to double-check the work that had been done.

After hearing so many stories from others about how work was not up to standard on jobs done on their homes, I felt fortunate to have such a good experience with the work done on my home, and I felt that it was due to Mr. Grady’s professionalism.
